About ME

I'm a nineteen year old cook from Wollongong, Australia.

I began cooking at a fairly young age, and quickly decided I wanted to follow it as a profession. I began doing stints in kitchens at age twelve (during my school holidays), and was fortunate enough to gain experience in some of Australia's best restaurants - including Attica, Vue De Monde and Biota Dining.

Inspired by the techniques and creativity of these restaurants, I began creating my own dishes. I hosted my first pop up restaurant at fourteen, and have held several more in the years since. 

My latest series of events collaborate with local producers from around the South Coast region. The next dinner will be held at Earth Walker and Co. in Coledale, tickets are currently available for purchase.

Collaborating with local producers including Pope's Produce and Avondale Organics, I will be holding dinners on consecutive days at Earth Walker and Co. Cafe in Coledale.

The dinners will be held on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th July, with guests to arrive at 6:00pm for a 6:30 start.

The dinner will be a set menu of 5 (or more) courses for $65, with drinks available for purchase on the night.

Most dietary requirements can be catered for, however notice is required prior to the night. Please confirm any requirements you may have in the form at checkout.

 

NOTE: Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event, vegans and those with extreme food allergies cannot be catered for.

Smoked Mirror Dory Roe, Rye

Charred Ulladulla Blue Mackerel, Pear, Jerusalem Artichoke, Broth of Caramelised Shio Koji

First Broad Beans, Fresh Goats Ricotta, Egg Yolk, Sauce Made From Snow Pea Shoots and Roasted Kombu

Pork Neck in Caramelised Honey Crust, Cumquat, Pickled Fennel Seed (Served w/ Cauliflower cooked in Brown Butter)

Mandarin, Malted Barley, Pine's Milk
